Energy Performance Certificate (EPC)
As part of our Vibrant Energy Saving Audit, we include an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC). An EPC is a legal document that provides a detailed assessment of a property’s energy efficiency. We’ll provide details of how energy efficient your home is and will provide an energy rating from A (most efficient) to G (least efficient).
